Stela is an innovative, high-performance, self-curing composite. It offers unlimited depth of self-curing and reduced polymerization stress without edge gaps. There is no need for acid etching or light curing.
Stela is an innovative solution developed thanks to a unique combination of BPA-free resin monomers, optimized ionglass™ fillers (a hybrid bioactive glass which is a proprietary product. SDIAnd specially modified surface amorphous silica. The exceptional mechanical properties of the Stela composite result from a rapid hardening reaction. Stela monomers form polymer chains, while these chains quickly and densely cross-link with each other, forming a complex network, strongly binding the ionglass™ filler and amorphous silica, resulting in the formation of a strong and resilient restoration material. Rapid hardening of the Stela system is possible thanks to an innovative initiation system based on hydrogen peroxides, not containing tertiary amines. It ensures rapid hardening, good color stability and an excellent conversion coefficient. After hardening, the Stela matrix is characterized by consistent and reliable strength and durability of all restorations. A simple two-step process minimizes the risk of operator errors and patient sensitivity due to the lack of need for etching or light curing. Stela is a solution for all your clinical needs.
