Properties:
- Contax is a 6th generation self-etching and self-conditioning bonding system, etching, conditioning and bonding takes place in a two-step procedure only
- Can be used with all popular and available filling products on the market: composites, compomers and ormocers
- Suitable for use with light-curing materials (Primer and Bond) as well as chemo- and double-curing materials (Primer and Bond + Activator)
- Contax provides a very high bond strength of 20 MPa for enamel and dentine (DMG Hamburg internal testing in accordance with ISO TS 11405: 2003, light-cured composite)
- The construction of Contax-Primer is based on water
- Contax does not require special storage conditions - it accepts temperatures in the range of 4-23 degrees C
- The resin in the Contax system is filler-free and has a very good flow
