No. Sales are conducted exclusively to dental clinics, offices, and companies operating in the dental industry.
When will I receive the invoice?
The invoice is available after the order has been paid. You will receive it by email around the day the package is delivered. It can also be downloaded from your order history on your account after receiving the package.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all EU countries (except Malta and some islands). We do not ship products outside the European Union.

Once your package is prepared, you will receive an email with a tracking link in BaseLinker and a carrier link (DPD or DHL).
Can I provide a different delivery address?
Yes, you can set a separate delivery address in the cart. If you have already placed the order, please email customer support to request an address change.
I need an invoice without Polish VAT.
We issue invoices with 0% EU VAT. Just write in the order comments that you want an invoice with 0% EU VAT – we will send a proforma.
If you have an active European VAT number and pay the order including the Polish tax, you will receive a refund of the tax when the final invoice is issued.
When will I receive a tax refund if I have an active EU VAT number and the order was paid in full?
If you have an active EU VAT number and your order was paid with Polish VAT, we will issue a refund of the difference within 7 days from the moment we send the invoice.
How do I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Choose DPD (Cash or Card On Delivery) in checkout to enable COD.
Pay the courier in cash or by card when the parcel arrives.
COD is not supported with other carriers such as DPD Standard or DHL.
Cash on Delivery is available only in selected countries.

Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the shipment in its original condition.
How do I file a complaint?
We accept complaints via email. Please send a description of the defect and photos of the product, and provide the invoice and order number.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled if:
– they do not meet sales requirements (only dental entities and companies in the dental industry),
– the product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
Funds are refunded to the payer’s account as quickly as possible (usually within 3 business days).
I bought a product that was ordered at the customer’s request. Can I return it?
No, products ordered on customer request cannot be returned.
