Durable, self-curing, X-ray impermeable, water-based bioceramic cement. The product is a hybrid between a glass ionomer cement and a calcium aluminate-based ceramic cement. Upon mixing in the capsule mixer, the resulting chemical reactions form a biocompatible cementitious material. Following the action of saliva in the mouth, Calibra Bio has the ability to form hydroxyapatite on its surface.
