ProRoot Bio Sealer is a ready-to-use, resin-free bioceramic root canal sealer supplied as a premixed injectable paste. It requires no mixing before use, allowing direct application into the root canal while simplifying the obturation procedure and improving clinical efficiency.

The material sets through a hydration reaction. After placement, the organic carrier is gradually replaced by moisture from the dentinal tubules and surrounding tissues, initiating the setting process without any additional preparation.
