VOCO Retraction Paste is a paste-like material in the form of capsules for direct application, intended for
temporarily widening and drying the gingival groove. A paste containing aluminum chloride has an astringent effect, and it can be
applied directly from the capsule. The paste may be used alternatively or in conjunction with retraction and other threads
by retraction methods. For the application of VOCO Retraction Paste, commercially available products can be used
applicators, e.g. Caps Dispenser. One capsule of VOCO Retraction Paste
lasts up to 3 grooves and can only be used on one patient.
Indications:
The paste is intended for temporarily moving the gingival margin and drying the gingival groove in healthy periodontium,
example before:
- analog or digital impressions,
- cementation of temporary and permanent restorations,
- performance of class II and V fillings
Packaging: 25 capsules of 0.3 g.
