The Shimstock foil is 8 microns thick and 8 mm wide, 5 m long. It is used to control occlusion points. It is a foil without a layer of dye.
With the correct distribution of chewing forces, the foil can still be inserted between the ground contact points. Hold the foil in place when the muscles are tense.
