Delivery

For orders over 2000 PLN (≈11,400 CZK / ≈470 EUR), shipping is free throughout the European Union (excluding some islands).

Orders are shipped via courier (DPD or DHL) within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link on the carrier’s website.

International shipping costs can be checked in the shopping cart by selecting your country as the shipping destination, asking the chatbot on our website, or contacting us via e-mail.

Domestic shipping: 17 PLN (DPD) or 20 PLN (DHL), for orders over 500 PLN shipping is free.
