Delivery
Orders are shipped from Poland via DPD or DHL courier services.
Most orders are dispatched within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation. Delivery within the European Union usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on the destination country and courier service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Free shipping is available across the European Union for orders over:
• 500 PLN within Poland,
• 1000 PLN for Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Lithuania,
• 2000 PLN (approx. 470 EUR) for other EU countries.
Standard domestic shipping costs:
• DPD – 17 PLN
• DHL – 20 PLN
International shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart after selecting the delivery country. You can also contact our customer support team at office@edenta.eu.
Please note:
• delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak periods,
• free shipping may not apply to selected remote areas or islands,
• some products may require verification of professional medical status before shipment.
