6.1. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract,
6.2. Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject (e.g., archival obligations),
6.3. Art. 9(2)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

7. Recipients of Data
7.1. Recipients of your personal data will include entities to whom we are required to provide data under applicable law, including:
7.1.1. Tax authorities,
7.1.2. Accounting service providers,
7.1.3. Transport and courier service providers,
7.1.4. Postal services,
7.1.5. Legal service providers.

8. Retention Period
8.1. Your personal data will be processed by us for the entire period in which the contract is performed and thereafter until the limitation period for any claims arising from the contract expires, and in connection with the fulfillment of archival obligations.

9. Profiling
9.1. Your personal data will not be processed for profiling purposes.
