BLUE ETCH
Dental etchant for etching enamel and dentin.

Active substance: 36% ortho-phosphoric acid

The preparation is used to increase the adhesion of chemo- and light-curing fillings as well as orthodontic appliances, and before the application of composite materials, pit and fissure sealants. The reaction of ortho-phosphoric acid with the mineral components of the tooth causes the enamel to become frosted and increases adhesion.

Recognized by dentists and orthodontists as the best Polish dental etchant, a winner of numerous awards and distinctions at various dental fairs and events.

Properties:
• Perfectly matched gel consistency and thixotropic properties (the gel liquefies during application and solidifies immediately after application).
• Does not run off surfaces and narrow edges of enamel.
• Does not clog or dry out in the applicator (even after 48 hours from the last use).
• Adheres very well to enamel.
• Easily rinsed off.
• The blue color of the preparation allows for controlled application and monitoring during application and etching.

Product application system
As one of the few global manufacturers, Cerkamed has a system (adapter) for transferring the preparation from a large bulk syringe to a small dosing syringe. This allows for 100% utilization of the thixotropic benefits of the etchant.
The use of high-quality three-part luer-lock syringes (with a threaded connection) guarantees safe transfer of the preparation from one syringe to another.

Using luer-lock syringes ensures safety during application - the syringes have a luer-lock thread allowing them to be connected to a needle by screwing it onto the syringe. The luer-lock system provides the best protection against accidental spillage of the preparation during application.
